This Privacy Policy explains how YHPRUM Pvt Ltd ("Resolves One", "we", "us") handles information in the rOne Ops mobile application (the "App"). rOne Ops is a staff/operations app: it is used by employees, managers, and owners of organizations that subscribe to the Resolves One platform (each, an "Organization").
Roles. rOne Ops is business software. For most operational data entered through the App (client records, attendance, passes, inventory, financials), the Organization that employs you is the data controller, and Resolves One acts as a data processor on the Organization's behalf under our agreement with them. This policy describes our practices as the App provider. If you are an employee, your Organization's own policies also apply.
We collect only what the App needs to operate. Categories:
Business records you enter on behalf of your Organization may include client contact details, client health/safety notes (e.g., allergies), appointment and payment records, payroll/commission and bank details, and visitor pass details. We process these solely to provide the service to your Organization, under their control.
We do not use your information for advertising, and we do not sell personal information or share it with third parties for their own marketing.
We share information only: (a) with your Organization (your employer/the account owner); (b) with service providers (e.g., cloud hosting, push-notification delivery) acting under contract on our behalf; and (c) where required by law or to protect rights and safety.
We retain personal information for as long as your Organization's account is active and the information is needed to provide the App. When an Organization closes its account, we delete or anonymize personal data within 90 days, except where we must retain certain records to meet legal obligations — for example, financial, payroll, and tax records, which may be retained for up to 8 years under applicable Indian law. Security and audit logs, including location and access logs, are retained for up to 18 months and then deleted or anonymized. Residual copies in encrypted backups are purged on our regular backup cycle.
You can delete your account from inside the App (Profile → Delete account) or by using the account-deletion page linked at the end of this policy.
Deleting your account permanently removes your identity and access: your user record, your membership of each Organization, your sessions and your trusted devices, together with your profile, role assignments and personal app preferences. Your email address and phone number are released, so they can be used to register again. Photographs of you captured for attendance are removed from the attendance records they were attached to.
Deleting your account does not delete the work you performed for an Organization. The times you clocked in and out, the appointments and services you carried out, the receipts you were the staff member on, and payroll and commission entries remain the Organization's business records. These records keep your name, because a receipt or a payroll entry identifies who performed the work and is a financial record of the Organization — we do not rewrite them, and some of them we are required to keep for the retention periods set out above.
If you are the only remaining administrator of an Organization, we tell you so before you confirm. Deleting your account will not close that Organization unless you explicitly choose to close it.
We use industry-standard measures including encryption in transit (HTTPS), hashed credentials, role-based access controls, and tenant data isolation. No method of transmission or storage is 100% secure.
Depending on your location (e.g., under the EU GDPR or India's DPDP Act), you may have rights to access, correct, delete, or restrict processing of your personal data. Because your Organization controls most data, please direct such requests to your Organization; we will assist them as their processor. You may also contact us at the address below.
rOne Ops is intended for use by staff of subscribing Organizations and is not directed to children.

We will update this policy as needed and revise the "Last updated" date. Material changes will be notified through the App or by your Organization.
