rOne Ops is the staff and operations app for businesses on the Resolves One platform, operated by YHPRUM Pvt Ltd. You can request deletion of your account and personal data at any time using the steps below.
You do not need to contact us and you do not need to wait. In rOne Ops:
Deletion takes effect immediately. If you are the only remaining administrator of an organization, the app tells you so first and will not close that organization unless you explicitly choose to close it.
If you have lost access to your account and cannot reach the screen above, email hello@resolves.one from the email address you sign in with (or mention the phone number you use), with the subject "Delete my account", and include your organization name so we can locate the account. We verify your identity and process the request within 30 days, then email you to confirm once it is complete.
Your organization's admin or owner can deactivate your account from inside the app. That withdraws your access and leaves the account in place; deleting the account yourself, using the steps above, is what removes your identity and frees your email address and phone number.

Some records are part of the business operations of the organization you worked with (for example sales, appointments, and audit logs). These belong to that organization and are retained:
These records keep your name. A receipt, an attendance entry or a payroll line identifies who performed the work, and rewriting it would destroy the organization's own financial record — so we do not remove your name from it. What is removed is your account: your sign-in, your identity record and your access, so the records name a person who no longer has an account with us. Photographs of you captured for attendance are removed from the attendance records they were attached to.
